You can configure custom SMTP by navigating to Settings > Email Configuration, entering your SMTP server details, authentication credentials, and encryption settings, and then saving the configuration.
Yes, you can integrate Gmail with OCalls. You need to enable IMAP access, generate an App Password, and use Gmail’s SMTP settings (smtp.gmail.com, Port 465/587).
For Outlook, use smtp.office365.com with Port 587 (TLS encryption). Ensure SMTP authentication is enabled in your Outlook settings.
Enable IMAP in Yahoo Mail, create an App Password, and use the SMTP server smtp.mail.yahoo.com with Port 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS) in OCalls' email settings.
